Do not compare, do not measure. No other way is like yours. All other ways deceive and tempt you. You must fulfill the way that is in YOU.

If life has been feeling overwhelming, draining, and uncertain, I’m here to help.
It’s hard when you feel overwhelmed, drained, and uncertain about what to do next. These feelings can leave you stuck—tired from trying to hold everything together, yet unsure how to move forward. You may find yourself questioning your choices, struggling to manage anxiety or sadness, or feeling disconnected from the people around you. In these moments, it can be difficult to see your own strengths or to believe that change is possible. Therapy offers a safe place to slow down, be heard, and begin sorting through the challenges that feel so heavy.
Hey, I’m Heather!
I got you.
I love working with children and teens, as well as their families, to build stronger connections and create a more cohesive unit. I support adults who may feel overwhelmed, lacking motivation, or individuals experiencing difficult life transitions. In our time together, my goal is to provide a safe and understanding space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
My Specialties
Where I do my best work
01 ADHD/Autism/Neurodivergence
Empowering neurodivergent individuals with ADHD and autism by celebrating their unique strengths—creativity, focus, innovation, and authenticity. Through supportive, strength-based therapy, we help clients navigate challenges, build self-awareness, and thrive on their own terms while offering support and advocacy for parents and families.
02 Anxiety and Depression
Life can feel heavy when anxiety and depression take hold. In our work together, you’ll have a safe and supportive space to share what’s weighing on you. I’ll help you find practical ways to calm your mind, ease the overwhelm, and gently reconnect with hope, balance, and the things that matter most to you.
03 life transitions
I support individuals through life’s many transitions, including moving, job changes, grief, illness, empty nesters, and, for women, perimenopause, offering a safe space to heal, find balance, and reconnect with yourself.
