Our anxiety does not come from thinking about the future, but from wanting to control it.
~Kahlil Gibran
Anxiety…
Anxiety can range from mild unease to overwhelming distress that interferes with daily life. Living in a constant state of “fight or flight” can be exhausting—draining you mentally, physically, and emotionally. It may show up as racing thoughts, difficulty sleeping, or a sense of worry that follows you from morning until night. Therapy offers a safe space to understand these experiences, learn effective ways to cope, and begin to thrive despite the challenges anxiety brings. If you find yourself feeling weighed down by persistent worry or restlessness, know that you don’t have to face it alone. I would be honored to support you in navigating this difficult time and helping you find relief and balance.
Anxiety Treatment
-
Anxiety can feel overwhelming, but therapy offers tools to regain balance. Together we can recognize triggers, reframe unhelpful thoughts, and develop calming strategies that ease both body and mind. With support, you can move beyond managing anxiety and build the confidence to live with greater peace and resilience.
There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.
~John Green
Depression…
Depression can feel like it drains the energy and joy out of life, leaving you without motivation, confidence, or even the ability to function at times. It can create a heavy sense of isolation and disconnection from yourself and others. Therapy offers a supportive space to gently explore the experiences and challenges that may be contributing to these feelings. With compassion, understanding, and a nonjudgmental environment, healing becomes possible and new ways of moving forward can begin to take shape.
What we’ll work on
Working through it…
In our work together, we will gently explore both past experiences and current challenges that may be contributing to your depression. From there, we’ll focus on reconnecting with life—setting small, manageable goals and celebrating each step of progress along the way. Therapy can also support you in strengthening relationships, improving communication, developing healthy coping strategies, and building confidence in navigating daily stressors. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and encouragement as you move toward healing and a more fulfilling life.
